The MRA Certified Restaurant Professional Program

Developing the Next Generation of Restaurant Leaders

The Massachusetts Restaurant Association’s Certified Restaurant Professional Program is a five-month supervisory development experience designed to prepare emerging leaders for success in today’s competitive hospitality industry.

Program Structure:

2 In-Person Days per Month

Hosted at a local Community College

2 Remote Learning Days per Month

Flexible online sessions — Sessions are generally held on rotating Tuesdays for scheduling convenience

Tuition-Free

All program costs and expenses are fully covered through a workforce development grant

Each graduating Certified Restaurant Professional will be certified on:

NRA ServSuccess Certified Restaurant Professional

Choke Saver Certification

Ten College Credits Towards an associate’s degree in hospitality
