Directs all educational programs of the MRA’s Educational Foundation including, Women in Hospitality Conference, ProStart Program and Competitions, Professional Development for Educators, Workforce Development Programs, EF Gala & Scholarship Programs and Educational Sessions.

DIRECTOR OF MEMBER MANAGEMENT
The Membership Team provides timely services to our members. Help protect, educate and promote food and beverage operators in Massachusetts and provide them with reliable, accurate information. When a member has an inquiry, the membership team should be their first call.
CHRISTINE JOHNSON
DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS
Responsible for all communications, including website and printed communications, newsletters, eblasts, enews and maintaining all social media outlets (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube).

Leads Membership Services, Member Value Programs & Endorsed Partner Program and directs the Member Services team.
MALIA MILSTEIN
MRAEF WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
Manages workforce development programs and grant programs including Restaurant Workforce Training Grant and Restaurant Ready. Assists in managing and scheduling the ServSafe Certification classes
and choke saver.
JESSICA MOORE
DIRECTOR OF GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS
Monitors the latest requirements, trends and emerging technologies and passes on relevant, important information to membership. Manages the day-to-day advocacy, lobbying and policy development for the MRA. Members should contact Jess for any questions regarding federal, state and local regulations.
RENÉE SERAFINO
DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES & BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Manages everyday business operations of MRA, MRA-EF and ASI. Directs accounting, human resources, membership administration, event management, administration of the sponsorship and scholarship programs and computer and database management.
CAMILA HENNESSEY
PROJECT MANAGER & MA LATINO RESTAURANT ASSOCIATION MANAGER
Supports member engagement, events, and community relations for the MLRA and MRA. Assists digital marketing, data analysis, and grant development to enhance community impact and organizational growth.
