Restaurant ready

Restaurant Ready™ is a national program (NRAEF) committed to engaging and empowering individuals who may be out of school, unemployed, or underemployed, including disengaged opportunity youth, reentry adults, and underserved populations who require work readiness skills to pursue a path to employment and life-long success.

The program provides training in six work-ready competency areas defined by the restaurant industry — competencies which are critical for them to gain work-readiness skills and be successful throughout their careers, no matter what path they choose. We at the MRAEF connect these work-ready individuals to local employers!

The MRAEF currently supports 3 Restaurant Ready Partners (and growing!) who provide wrap-around services to reduce barriers to employment.
